What We’re Looking For:
We seek a developer with 1-3 years of .Net experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a scrum environment with frequent release schedules; and has a passion for developing high quality code and clean architectures.

This position reports to the Director of Product Development and works on a team with a senior architect and a senior designer, who will provide an outstanding opportunity to learn. Our existing team has developed software products used around the globe and are looking forward to helping the next generation of developers

Most of the development is done in ASP.Net using Microsoft SQL Server. The application also integrates tightly with infrastructure such as firewalls, backup servers, private clouds and numerous other components.

There will be a need to interact with Online Tech staff to get requirements and input from other internal users. Experience with customer interaction is desired but not required.

• Learns quickly, especially new code libraries, APIs or entire languages

Position Responsibilities

• Coding for OTPortal, both Intranet and Client
• Contribute ideas to design and architecture
• Coding in VB and C# with ASP.Net
• Coding of PowerShell, CSS with HTML, and other languages as necessary
• Learn and integrate with third party APIs from companies such as VMWare, Cisco, Fortinet, Dell etc.
• Help with basic database maintenance
• Attend daily developer huddles
• Set quarterly goals with manager and focus efforts on achieving those goals

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience .Net programming with SQL Server database
• Working in a team development environment
• A history of meeting delivery dates
