Yan Ness, Chief Executive OfficerYan has more than 20 years of experience launching and managing high tech companies, from startup to scale. In 2003, Yan led a group of investors to acquire Online Tech and has since served as the CEO, growing the company from 600 to more than 60,000 square feet of capacity. Prior to Online Tech, Yan was co-founder of CompanyCrafters and WorkWell Health and Safety Systems, which was acquired by Liberty Mutual. Yan serves on numerous boards, including the board of directors for the Small Business Association of Michigan. Yan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Michigan and is a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Ross School Of Business. |

Mike Klein, Chief Executive OfficerMike is a serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of high tech business leadership, technology, and startup experience including CEO of Interlink Networks, Managing Partner of CompanyCrafters, and CEO /Founder of Steeplechase Software, an INC 500 Company which he sold to Schneider Electric. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mike spent the first decade of his career working in sales, strategic marketing and product development at Motorola Semiconductor and Rockwell International. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, and has a half a dozen patents to his name. |
