Online Tech upgrades its client portal to allow instant access to cloud resources
New self-serve capabilities allow for greater flexibility, control
June 30, 2016, Ann Arbor, Mich. — Online Tech announced today that it has made several upgrades to its client-facing portal, OTPortal, to meet the on-demand computing needs of their enterprise clients. These upgrades enable those with virtual private clouds to make changes to their CPU, storage, and RAM for immediate access.
The upgrades aim to deliver a more seamless IT experience. Adding the flexibility of self-serve allows clients to more rapidly allocate additional resources as their workloads demand it. Clients will also still have the option to call or email Online Tech’s white-glove support team for any of these changes or if they need any assistance with the portal.
“The new improvements of OTPortal allow me to add resources whenever I need,” said Colin Fish, cofounder and CEO of Annkissam Hosting. “In particular, scheduling the resource additions at a time of my choosing is a great feature because it cuts down feedback loops and puts the power at my fingertips.”
“Online Tech strives to give clients the best experience within the portal, and these new upgrades really help deliver that experience,” said Kurt Schaldenbrand, product design manager at Online Tech. “I am excited to help bring this level of service to our clients.”
These new features are one of many steps Online Tech is taking to provide a more frictionless experience for their clients.
