Account Manager

Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative is responsible for supporting our current client base by responding to clients’ contract and upgrade questions, supplying audit reports to clients on request, contacting clients with information and alerts, creating client accounts, responding to clients’ OTPortal questions, and reporting client contact metrics to the Manager of Client Services.
