Online Technologies Corporation (OTC) was incorporated in 1994 as one of Michigan's first providers of Internet services.


Since then, OTC’s management team has deftly positioned the company to win in the Disaster Recovery and High-Availability markets.

    • Online Technologies Corporation is the Fort Knox for business computing and data. Our Always-On, Always-Online data centers across Southeast Michigan offer a full range of colocation and dedicated server options so our clients can deliver their applications 24 x 7 x 365.

     
    • Online Technologies Corporation was formed in April of 1994 as one of the first Internet companies in Michigan

     
    • In July, 2003, OTC was acquired by new owners who hired new management and made significant investments in data center and network infrastructure

  • Management Team
    • Yan Ness, Chief Executive Officer - Yan has over 20 years experience launching and managing high tech companies from startup to scale to liquidity. Yan serves on numerous boards including the board of the Small Business Association of Michigan. Yan holds a BS degree in computer science from the University of Michigan and is a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

     
    • Mike Klein, President and Chief Operating Officer – Mike is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of high tech business leadership, technology, and startup experience including CEO if Interlink Networks,  Managing Partner of CompanyCrafters, and CEO, Founder of
      Steeplechase Software. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mike spent the first decade of his career working in sales, strategic marketing, product development and management roles at Motorola Semiconductor and Rockwell International.   He has a BS in Computer Engineering from R.I.T. an MS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and has  over a half dozen patents to his name.


    • Robert F. Palmerton, Jr., CFO – Bob's background includes 19 years of business planning, financial analysis, controllership, and operations management responsibilities for Fortune 500 companies, including Automatic Data Processing, Allied-Signal (currently Honeywell), and the BOC Group. At Bob's most recent corporate experience with ADP he was instrumental in planning, launching, and operating an Information Technology outsourced service for the Fortune 500. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
